How can i tell my boss is gay?

he wears lavender gles, talks down about women all the time, and constantly talks about how men are superior. he also has this very close relationship with our locker room attendant who is gay. the attendant gives him longer mages than anyone else. he also stole my personal lubricant for one of his mages. how do i complain abou this i don't have an Human resources dept. and well i am a girl so i can be fired too by him... please help
