House keeper pregnant?

our house keeper just told us that she is 16weeks pregnant. her main duties around the house is to clean including the bathroom, kitchen and floors twice a week there is no heavy lifting involved. we don't want to fire her because we know she needs the money but we don't want to put her baby in jeopardy..what should we do?
