Beef jerky.?

im 14w5d pregnant and just now found out from the guy who makes our beef jerky that he puts liquid smoke and nitrates in it and i've eatin 3 whole bags (about 8 peices in each) in a month, but everytime i go to the doctor i check out just fine and so does the baby and my ultrasound about 3 weeks ago was perfect, do you think the beef jerky might have caused any problems that the doctor can not see yet? i have no cramping (just hunger pains sometimes) and no bleeding. :/ im just very worried i wish i knew that stuff was in beef jerky. and well of course i am going to stop eating it
