I'm in a metal band, living in Orlando, and we have been getting complaints from neighbors who have just moved?

They have just moved in and they sent a letter saying to keep the loud drumming down because they lose sleep because of it. We only practice in the afternoon, but every morning they wake my sister with loud music and hammering and stuff. Is there any way we can retaliate?
