What Is The Offical Title Of The Iraq Bill?

I am doing a research project for my Political Science cl and would like to know the official title and number of the Iraq supplemental spending bill that was ped in Congress and which President Bush is threatning to veto? I have read numerous articles online trying to find the name and number of the bill but haven't been able to. Most of the articles just refer to it as "The Bill".
