Is there a way to create 2 prizerebel accounts without using an IP changer or going to a different computer?

I'm using a prizerebel cheat from http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uyx1SfDVHio and i can't use another IP (doesn't work), and i can't go to another computer and do it (the cheat is a download, and u have to sign up using it).
