Why is the Monongahela river in Pittsburgh Pa Muddy This week?

The Mon is all churned up & muddy while its sister river, the Allegheny is crystal clear. It looks like a rootbeer float where they converge at The Point. Did something special happen in the past week or so to kick up all the dirt & silt in the river? It isn't usually like this.
