Where do you download LAME?

You can just get the LAME encoder from Sourceforge or get a very good and free program that with both rip and encode (using LAME) from dBpowerAMP, I use it for all of my rips. You can also get other codex's there for other types of music files such as .ogg, FLAC, .ape, etc.
