Severe Ankle Pain.. No Insurance?

I have recent posts of a bad ankle that has been hurting for the past 4 months from soccer accident. Now I hurt my opposite, today my bf and I were riding the snowmobile, and he was pullin me behind on the sled. He jumped off a jump and I went like 10 feet in the air, was able to land on the sled but when I landed I landed on my ankle between the sled and me sitting indian style. I had really bad pain for a couple minutes and couldnt move so we stopped. I layed down and just woke up and can barely walk on it. It is really sensitive and hurts badly to touch the ankle bone on the outside. There's no apparent bruising, some swelling around that bone. I dont have health insurance, and now I have two hurt ankles, can barely walk. and have to go to work tomorrow. The weird thing is is that the pain feels like a bone pain, not like a sprain. and I would rate the pain a 10 as the worse pain I have ever had. What do you thinks going on? and what should I do? Your advice is greatyl appreciated!
