I have this smell coming from my body,that seems cancerous.It mainly comes from my mid section,which makes me?

believe it is colon cancer or maybe prostate cancer.Now some believe you can smell it others don't,take it from me you can.I was unaware of it until today,I wasn't sure what it was.Now I'm certain,mind you I haven't seen a doctor because I don't have insurance I can't afford it and nobody will pay for a consultation.So I'm basically screwed.If there are any experts who can give me any information on the this subject it is deeply appreciated because despite my almost positivity of what it is apart of me is in disbeleif.This is who I am,my pic and everything.It is no prank or joke it's 100% real I'm revealing all this because I'm purely desperate and have no other option thank you.
