How does the current Iraq and Afghan war violate the Just War Concept (Jus Ad Bellum and Jus An Bello)?

This is primarily a political candidate question. In my ethics cl the teacher denounced the war but was unable to show how it violated the Just War Concept in any fashion. In fact the teacher also made the comment that according to scholars of Just Wars, this war is considered the most adherent to this concept. Can anyone or any candidate show how this is an unjust war. I still haven't found anything to show it is unjust.
