How can Shawshank Redemption be the #1 movie of all time according to IMDB?

It's because the IMDB list is chosen by the people that go on IMDB. Don't get me wrong, Shawshank is a great movie, but that is NOT the definitive list. The movies on this list are swayed by the voters thoughts at the time they make their picks, seriously Dark Knight at #7, I think that is way WAY off.
