Do I need Help? I am being Serious?

Well currently you are still in the healthy category for your weight so I definitely would not stress out about it too much but if you are losing around 4 kilos a month thats not good, if you do the same thing next month you will be cled as 'underweight'. Your diet seems good, you just need to add more calories especially if you are working out for so long. Do you find that your energy levels are lower when you are doing exercise?? Maybe listen to your family because because they only want what is best for you x
